Saagara, LLC ("Saagara") recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others who use www.saagara.com (collectively or individually "Users") value their privacy. The Information Saagara Collects

  • User Provided Information: You provide certain personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) to Saagara when choosing to participate in various activities on the Saagara Site such as uploading courses or posting feedback and comments.

The Way Saagara Uses Information

  • If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Saagara Site, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Saagara Site.
  • Any personal information or course content that you voluntarily disclose online becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload courses through the Saagara Site.

Information we collect and receive

Saagara collects the following:

  • Anonymous app usage data collected from analytics platforms, most of which is provided by the appstores themselves. This data is related to but not limited to downloads, sales, user preferences, app usage with time, geo-location of users.
  • Personally identifiable information in the form of direct communication between Saagara and its users in support and feedback emails.

How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

  • understand how and where our users are using our apps
  • identify what features and languages our users want in future updates
  • help provide users with access to local services

Any location data collected by our apps is anonymous.

Any personally identifiable information, such as name and email address, provided by users is used to communicate with our users to resolve any support issues the users may have or acknowledge feedback. No personally identifiable information is shared with 3rd parties except to fulfill a service requested by the user, such as processing a refund etc.

Advertising Identifier

Some of our free apps have limited advertising. Advertising enables us to provide many app features for free in free or lite versions of our apps. In order to implement advertising, we use 3rd party advertising platforms such as Google Ads. These 3rd party advertising platforms comply with industry standards. Advertising platforms may use the advertising id on your device to serve relevant ads to you.

The Device Advertising ID can be used to track users in an anonymous way by advertisers across different apps and your web browser on your device. You can reset the Device Advertising ID on your device any time you wish in your devices settings.
